Eligibility Requirements

To participate in SoccerShakti leagues, you must:

  • Not reside in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana
  • Comply with India's skill-based gaming regulations

Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content including match data, league structures, and analytical tools are exclusive SoccerShakti assets. User-generated content grants us non-exclusive rights for operational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

SoccerShakti shall not be held responsible for:

  • Temporary service interruptions during live matches
  • Data discrepancies due to third-party API limitations
  • Financial losses resulting from strategic decisions

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:

  • Suspected match manipulation activities
  • Repeated violations of fair play policies
  • Multiple unsuccessful payment attempts

Governing Jurisdiction
